I didn't like this as much as Still Life, which I LOVED. The three graces were not as believable to me as many of the original characters are, and not as interesting. For example, I didn't get Kaye at all and why her father's story was given so much space in the book. I guessed the killer early and also who CC's mother was, so it was not as suspenseful. Still, it had great dialogue and continuing interest with more character development of Beauvoir, Lemieux and Nichol. Still Life was a hard act to follow and I'm still looking forward to the next book in the series.
